Chief Strategy Officer

Craig Newman serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for HealthChannels where he works alongside current and prospective partners to translate insights into action. Craig joined the firm in 2015 and works with teams across HealthChannels to drive innovation, develop high performing strategies and productivity improvements.

In this role, Craig helps develop strategies that improve efficiency and help care teams work at the top of their license. Using a consultative approach, Craig and the Client Solutions team work to develop tailored, individualized strategies that address the challenges facing HealthChannels’ partners. During his tenure at HealthChannels he has supported the firm through five medical scribe company acquisitions and numerous product launches.

Prior to joining HealthChannels, Craig spent over eight years at the Advisory Board Company, a national healthcare research and solutions firm. Craig worked in a consultative role to support hospitals and health systems with service line strategy and clinical technology assessment. He also worked to launch several initiatives focused on network strategy, referral management, and various use cases for leveraging real time-predictive analytics.

Craig and his wife currently reside in Fort Lauderdale, where he enjoys playing golf, cooking and traveling.
